Where in Salt Lake is it? I might have to take a trip myself. Oh and the trifle is super easy, you layer angel food cake, strawberries and raspberries then pour jello over them. Once the first layer has set you add custard on top of that and once the custard has set you put on yummy whipped cream. I use sugar free jello otherwise it tends to get a little too sweet.
