So this last weekend the people from deal or no deal came to Utah to get some applicants. My sisters, My mom and I all woke up, I wouldn’t say early, but for a Saturday morning it was pretty early. We started filling out the contestant application forms and then headed up to Salt Lake. We rode trax and as we got closer to SLC we were able to see RC Willey, which is where they were doing the screening. We saw the huge line and rachel decided to shout, “Holy Crap” Everyone on Trax gave us the funniest looks ever! It was great. So we got off and went down the road to RC Willey and the line just kept going. The parking lot at RC Willey was just a mess of people everywhere! Then the line continued down the street and around the corner of West Temple and then around the corner again. It was insane. By the time we got to the end of the line all four of us were just laughing because it was just slightly rediculous. We stood in line for an hour and only made it a fourth of a mile and decided that with the estimated wait of 12 hours and gross bathrooms and no food, we left and decided to go shoe shopping. We first had to get some food, as we were driving down the road thinking of places to eat, well my mom said something super funny. I think if I told that story she might kill me though! ha ha. We went to Coasta Vida for lunch and then went and bought shoes. Between the four of us we bought nine pairs of shoes! Don’t worry though, I only bought one pair.
It was a fun day. And then that night to top it off, I went to a wedding reception and then watched August Rush, which is such an amazing movie. I was super impressed. It was such a good saturday!

It was such a fun day. Good times. We need to teach Rachel to use Flickr so that we can steal her photos… That would be good — since she was the only one to bring a camera.
You are right… Geez, I just need to get my camera back! Well, buy a new one! haha
HEY! I didn’t know you had a blog! I love it. And I love that it’s melface.com. Didn’t I coin that?
Love ya!
